Sudhir From Kidney Disorder Past Five Years

Hey, my name is Sudhir. For the past five years, I have been suffering from a Kidney Disorder, but recently I switched to Ayurveda and experienced some unbelievable results. I hope my story will raise some motivation in others to fight this deadly disease.

During my college days, I was addicted to smoking. During that time, it used to be a way to look cool in front of our classmates. What started as a way to show off eventually became a never-ending struggle to quit smoking.

Within one year of completing my education, my kidney started acting up as I experienced various symptoms like swelling feet, loss of appetite, and a drastic drop in my energy levels. At one point in time, when I was working out daily due to kidney problems, I started feeling exhausted and drained all the time.

When I got myself tested, my family doctor explained how excessive smoking had caused thinking of my blood. As a result, my blood flow reduced, and my kidneys never got sufficient blood to filter and circulate in my entire body.

Even if I understood the seriousness of my health condition, I still did not have enough motivation to stop smoking as it was a way out for me from the stress that I faced after knowing my health conditions. I felt so helpless and what made it worse was that I was the one causing all this trouble, and I did not have any control over my temptations to smoke.

That is when I decided to take some strong action against the current situation.

I came across Karma Ayurveda as my family doctor suggested I follow both ayurvedic and allopathic treatments. At first, I was unsure if it could work this, but then he explained that Ayurveda is a slow process and takes time to show results, whereas allopathic medicines are quick and effective. It's best to follow both.

While researching about Ayurveda, I learned how it is a 3000-year-old treatment and how our ancestors have passed the knowledge and information. Once I was sure about Ayurveda, I booked an appointment with Dr. Puneet. He is a kidney specialist and helped me with every small or big difficulty I faced.

It's a way of living and maintaining a balanced life. If you are confused and feel stuck, I suggest you start experimenting with the kind of treatment you follow.

Allopathic is not the only way to deal with chronic diseases like kidney failure. It's just how allopathy is marketed on a global scale that makes us believe that Allopathy must be the best and only resolves any health-related problem. It is time that we understand and promote our Indian heritage that has been exercised on such a high level across the globe. Even western countries are switching to ancient ayurvedic and yogic science. It is time that we Indians also take a leap of faith toward the goodness of Ayurveda.
