The following are the first signs that you observe when you are suffering from any of the eight kidney-related issues.

1.    Swelling in the legs, feet, hands, or puffiness around the eyes. This happens when waste accumulates in your body and the kidneys are not healthy enough to eliminate them.

3.   Weakness, breathlessness, and tiredness are the signs that show your kidneys are not healthy. These problems are the main signs of chronic kidney disease.

4.   Blood in the urine, and heaviness plus pain in the lower back. Both are the signs of polycystic kidney disease. It is because in this disease thousands of sacs like cysts filled with fluid develop in or around the kidneys. When the cysts burst, you may observe blood in the urine.

5.   Reduced appetite, feeling to vomit, and dry throat are the signs that waste is accumulated in your body. And, your kidneys are not working well to excrete them with the urine.

6.   Foamy or bubbly urine is the main sign of proteinuria/protein leakage. It is a problem that occurs when your kidneys are not potent enough to prevent protein. Or when the level of protein is very high in your body.
