Required ingredients- ● 1 Medium onion - 150 grams ● 3 carrots (large) ● One spoon carom seeds- 30grams ● Vegetables like ridge gourd, bottle gourd, apple gourd ● Salt in small quantity ● One bay leaf ● Black pepper - one teaspoon ● Olive oil- one tablespoon ● Water- one liter Cooking process 1. Finely chop all the vegetables. 2. Boil all the chopped vegetables in a beaker. 3. Take olive oil in a saucepan and heat it for a while. 4. Put carom seeds and onion in the pan. Later add the vegetables in it. 5. Cover the pan with a lid and cook it for 15 minutes. 6. Add bay leaf and black pepper and cook the soup for 30 minutes.
