- ¼ cups grated Cucumber
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- ¼ turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- ½ fresh garlic paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Rock salt to taste
- Lukewarm water
- Combine all the ingredient in a bowl.
- Add water and knead the dough like a normal dough.
- Divide the dough into 11 equal parts.
- Roll the divided parts like a tortilla.
- Heat a non-stick tava on medium flame.
- Put the rolled tortilla on tava.
- Change the side and add a little oil and brush it.
- Change the sides and cook both the sides till they turn golden brown.
- Repeat the procedure with other divided dough.
- Serve immediately.

- ½ tbsp finely chopped onions
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander
- ¼ tbsp cumin seeds
- ¼ tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup finely chopped blueberries
- ¼ cup finely chopped red grapes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Combine the ingredient (except lemon juice, cumin seeds, coriander and oil) in a bowl and mash them lightly
- Take a non-stick pan and add oil (on medium flame)
- Add cumin seeds and let them pop a little
- Add in the ingredients and sauté a little
- Add rock salt and black pepper for taste
- Add lemon juice and coriander
- Serve immediately
